• Choose between having your gift certificate emailed to the recipient or send a paper gift certificate to their home. Type your personal message.
• When you are ready to checkout, For shipping method, choose "gift certificate purchase" (shipping charges will be zero). Choose another shipping method if purchasing other products.
• An email gift certificate will be received within 24 hours. A paper gift certificate will be sent out within 24 hours. A code number will be given to the recipient. This code can only be used by the recipient.

To redeem a gift certificate:

• Choose the items you wish to purchase. When ready to checkout, type your personal gift certificate code number in appropriate box.
• Fill in all the required information. If your total is more than the gift certificate, include a method of payment. If it is less, we will deduct the difference and email you with the balance for future use. Any difference, however small, will be applied as credit and can be used for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds for balances.
• Print a copy of your invoice. Gift Certificates and any unused portion are good for one year from the date of purchase. They may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent. We cannot replace and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. For your protection, gift certificate redemptions will be accepted only by the person and address issued at the time of purchase unless prior written authorization is received.
